CHEF SCOTT BOSHAW BIO
Chef Scott Boshaw is a self-taught chef with twelve years of experience in the kitchen. He started his career here in Breckenridge at the Great Divide Lodge. In 1998 Scott began working at Cafe Alpine and advanced to the Sous Chef position. In the summer of 2009 he decided to open his own restaurant and find his own niche in Breckenridge. Chef Scott wants to offer customers a unique dining experience and encourage patrons to explore different styles of cuisine with his globally inspired menu. Ember is the embodiment of Chef Scott’s vision, and he hopes your experience at Ember will be unforgettable.
