Summer has officially started.

We are back in our groove and have some awesome new dishes for you to peruse and ponder.  We have lobster empanada, an epic duck confit, an "animal" style New York, and a vegetable wellington that melts in your mouth. This summer we are stepping off the edge into the deep pool of culinary insanity to soak in currents of savories and sweets.

Loosely translated as 'Trust the Chef', Omakase is an adventure unique to Ember. This specially prepared three course dinner is a surprise until it meets your lips. These courses are paired with three sample wines that are equally surprising. This is how gourmet dining is meant to be. Reservations Required.

It's finally looking like summer! We want to celebrate our birthday and thank everyone who has been supportive of us in the past. We're featuring appetizers, a free drink, cash bar, games and lots of fun. Proceeds will go to Summit Advocates for the great work that they have been doing.
